About Pavo SummerFit
Many horses and ponies need little or no concentrate. However, roughage alone does not contain enough vitamins and minerals to cover the daily requirement. Pavo SummerFit is a tasty biscuit with one daily dose of vitamins and minerals, but without the energy and calories contained in concentrates. That is because 1 cake of Ca. 150 grams per day (for ponies even half a cake) provides for the needs of your horse (just as many vitamins and trace elements as in 2 kg of concentrate). In addition, the cakes contain hardly any protein. It is the ideal supplement to a roughage ration or a low concentrate feed. The cakes are thinly pressed and can easily be broken.
The 5 kg package contains 36 cakes and the 15 kg package contains 108 cakes

At Pavo we continue to innovate and improve our products, including Pavo SummerFit. Based on the latest insights and the test results of 50 enthusiastic horse owners, we can proudly say that we will soon be renewing our Pavo SummerFit cakes! We will lift a corner of the veil:
What will change?
- The composition & vitaminization is updated to the latest insights
- The sugar and starch content is reduced
- The new cakes become grain-free
- The most important raw materials are grass crumb and timothy grass (the color of the cake will therefore also become greener)
- The cakes become easier to break
- Extra resistance-supporting herbs and flowers are added: hawthorn, nettle, dandelion and marigold
- The product will be renamed: Pavo SummerFit becomes Pavo DailyFit. It not only keeps your horse fit in the summer, but every day, all year round.
- The packaging is also being given a new look
When will this change?
The new Pavo DailyFit will be on the market from November 2020. From this moment on, the current Pavo SummerFit will no longer be available.
What does not change?
It remains a daily vitamin cake for all horses and ponies, as you are used to. The addition of the resistance-supporting flowers and herbs make it an even more complete daily health cake!
