What size do I need in my cap?

To find out what size you need in your riding cap, you must first measure your head circumference. You measure this about 2 cm above your ears. The measuring tape will then go up above your eyebrows. The number of centimeters is your cap size!

Taking the right size cap is very important for comfort, but also for safety. A riding helmet should certainly not be too loose! You can check this by putting the cap on your head and bending your head forward. The cap should stay in place until you are with your chin on your chest. You can also shake your head up and down or back and forth. If the cap moves minimal or not, it is in the right place. Of course, the cap should not be too tight, that will give you a headache.

By the way, you have to make sure that the chin strap of your riding helmet is properly secured while riding.
