What does a good cap meet?

A riding helmet must meet strict safety requirements. These are laid down in the European Directive 89/686 / EEC. When you buy a cap in a European horse specialist shop and equestrian shop, you can assume that the cap complies with this directive. You can always find the quality mark on the inside of your cap.
